I reached out to Asphalt Solutions dba Cornejo Materials and Asphalt yesterday mid day via their website. Mariano called me 45 minutes later. I told him what we needed, sent him some pics of the repairs, he gave me an estimate ten minutes after sending the pics, albeit a rough estimate. Within Two hours of sending him the pics, discussing everything, he gave us a final estimate. Repairs were completed today, one day after I initially tracked out. Our repairs look great, they took out the “cold patch” repairs and replaced with their hot patch asphalt. Price was very reasonable, work was quick and good, overall very happy with my first interaction and experience with Mariano and Cornejo Materials and Asphalt! Our company does underground telecommunications work and have repairs that need to be completed often. We will definitely be using Cornejo Materials and Asphalt for all of our future asphalt needs! Cornejo Materials did a great job, working with us on a multi-family project. Their scope was subgrade excavation, grading for drainage, new asphalt, and striping the parking lot. We found their work product, communication and cleanliness to be excellent. The crew was courteous, respectful, and hard-working. Their equipment was in great shape. Can't say how happy I was with Cornejo asphalt from start to finish. We are real estate developers and need trusted professionals when doing large jobs like this.
